Katheryn Preston, MSW is the Executive Director for the Georgia Coalition to End Homelessness, Inc. (GCEH). Katheryn is responsible for the oversight of Georgia Coalition to End Homelessness and it programs. Katheryn works in partnership with legislators, government officials, homeless advocates, homeless task forces and coalitions in Georgia. She sits on the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, Georgia Interagency Council on Homelessness, and the DCA Homeless Advisory Committee. She has served as a member of the State Policy Academies for State and Local Policy Makers on Ending Chronic Homelessness and on Improving Access to Mainstream Services for Families with Children Experiencing Homelessness. Katheryn has over 25 years of experience working with victims of domestic violence, homeless persons, the elderly, families and children. She is a Gerontology Community Leadership Specialist, has a Family Centered Practice Certification, has been a foster and adoptive parent and is an Ordained Elder in the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA).

Tom Plamann is the GCEH Community Coordinator. He is responsible for overseeing the Quality Enhancement Standards Training (QEST) Program and Balance of State Special Projects. Tom shares responsibility for all facets of Homeless Services Coordination. His commitment to ending homelessness has been demonstrated since 1989 both in his professional and volunteer work within Georgia’s Homeless Arena.

Harriet manages the front office and provides GCEH Homeless Services Coordination support to various GCEH programs including the GCEH Provider Enhancement Network, Quality Enhancement Standards and the Technical Assistance and Training Programs. Harriet coordinates staff schedules and ensures coverage for the Information Support Program that provides assistance to persons seeking help and guidance by calling the 1-877-243-1576 Homeless Help Line.

Iveri came to Georgia Coalition to End Homelessness as a work study student at Sprayberry High School in Marietta in 2006. She provides support to the front office staff and coordinates the Membership/Learning Community e-network and list serve. Iveri maintains the Service Provider Database with the regular updates. Iveri coordinates the new member mailing lists through welcome packets, updates and support. Iveri is also part of the team that covers the Homeless Services Help Line. Iveri is currently a student at Kennesaw State University.

Jasper also came to Georgia Coalition to End Homelessness while a student at Sprayberry High School in Marietta in 2004. Jasper manages the Homeless Help Line Database. He supports GCEH’s Balance of State Projects and organizational research activities. Jasper is part of the team that covers the Homeless Services Help Line and is currently a student at Kennesaw State University.

Evelyn is an experienced in financial manager and fundraising expert.. She provides the bookkeeping and program support on varying levels to the organization. Evelyn is part of the team that covers the Homeless Services Help Line and assists with program design and research support to the Balance of State Projects.
